Hiking, biking, hunting in season, camping, swimming, fishing, canoeing/boating/jet skiing, floating on a lazy afternoon, bird watching, photography... and cleaning up litter left by other people. We always do that, too.

I look for bigfoot signs such as footprints, stick structures or anything else out of place.  Also, I listen for vocalizations or wood knocks.  Otherwise, my time in the wilderness is spent enjoying the scenery, sounds and fresh air.
