Yes, while members cannot see your identity, Yahoo knows who you are.

The flag option to report appears on all answers and questions,  even anonymous. 

But Yahoo doesn't seem to be suspending anyone these days,  as I have endlessly  reported gross stalking and abuse and Yahoo does nothing about it  these days. 

No one can get banned on Yahoo Answers.  You just can get suspended and have to start over with a new account.

You will be banned quicker.  Do you actually think that they don't have a record of who you are?  You created your account and it was verified by your address and other info.
