The governments are very worried about how to protect people from their own foolish actions. India daily new cases continue to grow in a high density population.

Active cases keep rising. It isn't a spike, it is a steady rise.
Daily deaths not peaking
Death rate per million is still low.
Vast majority are recovering, but unknown about the amount of residual illness disabilities by recovered people.
978713 active cases over 1,382,715,488 total population shows tracked sick are still at a relatively low 0.071 percent.
The USA mismanaged is averaging 0.772 percent infected at 10X the rate in India.
The worst USA State, Florida, is infected and sick at 2.237 percent of the population.
This is 31 times the active case rate in India. As compared with 50 US States and DC Capitol district, India is worse than 3 and better than 48.
They need to make decisions in India about whether the health care system can handle the total numbers and about the percent infected and sick.
By Percent ill by country, India rank is 72 / 209 where lower rank number is worse as more infected.

USA 2,535,078 = 39.6%
India 978,713 = 15.3%

India is monitoring their daily status and will do what must be done, but lockdowns are very costly.

There are no crystal balls here to see the future. We simply cannot know. Time will tell. YA is for questions that have factual info as answers or to benefit from the experience of others. It's not for questions that require people to guess what may or may not happen.

you are in the wrong section, but to answer your question, yes because their will be another wave of the virus all around the world. people still think it is a hoax like the stupid trump and not wear a mask, stand six feet apart and not have people come and go and spend the night at their home
