I assume you like her and are trying to get to know her better. I'm in a similar place with another guy in my class. Casually just start talking about the test or the homework assignment, and say, would you want to ever study a bit with me? You can even casually open the idea up to a couple of others. Act friendly and approachable during class. That's what I'm going to do. And the guy I like did glance at me and join in a conversation once. ;). Best of luck :)))))
