Trump says foreign governments will “forge” mail-in ballots. How exactly are they going to do that?  What will be their precise technique?

He is in too deep with foreign adversaries. Trump is not well. He needs to be removed and get some help immediately if not sooner.

What if they are the Russian government doing it? Will the Democrats be against it then? How come a chance to interfere with the election isn't a concern for mail-in ballots, but is a concern with Russia doing it? It doesn't make sense to me. ( I cannot really answer your question because I don't sit around thinking about how to cheat elections).
