Are there any movies or tv shows where Matthew Broderick gets sick or injured?

In Ferris Beuller's Day Off, he plays hookie.

It's been many years since I'be seen it, but in Road to Wellville, he goes off to a health farm and I remember there were a bunch of people there who were sick; however, I don't recall if Broaderick's character was one of them.

Two movies that come to mind are "Election" where he is stung by an insect on the face, causing his eye to swell up grotesquely, and "Glory" where his character,  a Civil War officer, is wounded early in the film and later killed in combat.
