How does my itinerary look for Grampians?
We will visit Grampians from Drouin, Vic with 3 adults and 5 kids (3, 8, 11, 12, and 13 yrs old). I have made an itinerary; can anyone please look at it and share their experiences if these activities are enough for each day, or should I add or remove anything?
Day1 1. Travelling from Drouin to Halls Gap (our target is to reach there around 1pm)2. Venus Baths3. Boroka LookoutDay 21. Pinnacle Lookout (Easy track without Grand Canyon) 2. Mackenzie FallsDay 31. Zoo2. Reed Lookout3. BalconiesDay 4 (Retuning)1. Early Morning Pinnacle Lookout without Kids (Moderate track with Grand Canyon, Coal Chamber, Bridal Veil Falls, Silent Street)2. Stop at Lake Wendouree in Ballarat3. Take the scenic route into Bacchus Marsh

A better question, why would you want to go to the Grampians when you're in Drouin?

Thanks a heap for the answers and great suggestions.
We live in regional Vic; hence, can visit and rent accommodation at other place in regional Vic. We will be visiting next week. We are allowed to pass through Melbourne's but cannot wander around.

Your kids are going to get bored and you're going to be carrying the little ones a lot.
But its a beautiful place

HAVE FUN!!!!!!
Since China, 4 years ago, I am afraid to put more than a single event into a day. Venus Bath should knock off a couple hours if you intend to look around, make pictures, and enjoy instead of rushing thru. That puts 3pm close by. Boroka lookout if no one wants to eat again, drink, go to toilet... ALL TIME KILLERS. 8 people, someone will be slower than 7 others. Only ONE will be faster than the others.
If you have travelled this plan before, KNOW the places well, of course you can manage it more seamlessly. Others in your party may wish to wander and linger in order to see more. But even going down the highway, my wife can say "LOOK AT THOSE FLOWERS!!" a stop is necessary to enjoy it. Are you going soon in spring, or summer? Should see a lot of beautiful nature. I once read that you are going on vacation (holiday), not running a railroad; to me, that says take more time to enjoy what you see than to see more than you can enjoy.
