I need a therapist but have no money, what can I do?

I am literally so bad, I cannot live with myself right now. I feel so much apathy towards everything and at the same time I'm just crying everyday. I need help asap. I'm lonely away from home and no money for therapy.

    Go to your phone book and look under county agencies.

    Find your local Board of Health and call them.  Ask where the nearest outpatient mental health clinic is.  Counties run these clinics for people who are uninsured or under insured and the care given is paid for by our tax dollars.

    Make the call and go in for an intake asessment.

    You file for assistance instead of pretending that you can't afford help.

    they have programs out there for people that dont have the money , check into it, some might go by income
