It was one idiot, doing something stupid....and they were caught, and the problem corrected. ......so where was the damage done to anyone? 

But Trump will use this as proof that 9 MILLION ballots will be likewise carelessly tossed in the trash.....with zero proof for such claims- 

Not really. Ive found a lot of entertainment recently with printing out fake ballots, marking them for Trump, and then leaving them all over the city. Usually face up in a trash can or on the side of the road. Anywhere noticeable. Conservative treason weasels find them and freak out without doing any investigation whatsoever. They don't even look like the real ballots. But Republicans are too stupid to figure that out. 

No it doesn't 9 discarded ballots don't count as election fraud.
