What are fast ways to get $20?

Stand outside a self-serve car wash and hold a sign saying 'Thorough car cleaning 20 bucks'. I would gladly take you up on the offer. 

In trumps tanked economy, 10% UNEMPLOYED America and her 300k (+) lost, never to return jobs like auto plant jobs, lost mining jobs you're options are grim at best.  However, also in trumps nazi America, if you're white, I would suggest small time drug runner.  Take it from someone (not the only one either) who has resorted to doing things im not especially proud of but done as a matter of survival.  Today, if you're white you can cross state lines with an AK-whatever, shoot and kill a protester and be called a hero by other nazis.  Getting caught delivering a few $20 bags of dope probably would'nt even be worth a citation to a white cop.  White priviledge in action.

If your black and can spin a sign is worth 8 bucks an hour.  Anything else, especially if it involves driving, will bring out the swat team for a felony stop, just in case you might be a dangerous drug dealer.

I had a job and a very toxic and unprofessional manager was driving people out of there, so I had to quit. 

I have seen where you can get good money standing on street with "help me - I'm homeless" sign.

The mowing or yardwork idea is a good one.

My advice for long term is to get a steady job, drastically cut your spending, rid yourself of any bad spending habits, save your money in an emergency fund so that you will never need a fast $20 ever again.

Got a mower or some yard tools?  Go out and offer to mow lawns or rake leaves for a few bucks.

Get the next door app and see if anyone needs yard work done.  You could probably make $40 or so in just a few hours.  If you don't have the yard tools, they might - just let folks know.

Go out and pretend to be homeless and ask people for money.
