They already are preparing for that. NONE of them trust the U.S. anymore, broken treaty's and ridiculous tariffs that only hurt Americans, then there is the international community's reaction to that shamble of a debate. Diplomatic positions unfilled by Drumpf have left huge holes in relations with allies and room for Russia and China to move in.
