Do you think I should upgrade to the RTX 30 series?

or should i wait? currently i am using the decent rtx 2060 super.

    Like spending $1499 on a video card for 10% more performance?  If so, yes.

    I bought a factory reconditioned GTX 980 for $180 that looks flawless (never used?), and is just great for flight sims.  I think that will do me almost forever.

    Just to clarify, the RTX 3090 is 133% faster than your RTX 2060. So if you're getting 60fps with the RTX 2060 then you'll jump up to 140fps with the RTX 3090.
