Do capitalize the word "arabic" in this sentence?

"...when working with an Arabic-speaking child."

Is this correct?

    Yes, Arabic (and Arabian) should always be capitalised.  Adjectives of county, or language, or 'origin' or religious group, are capitalised in English, but not in most European languages.

    For instance:  French;  Bengali;  Polynesian;  Australian;  Jewish;  Saharan;  Cree; Druze.
