Spanish Flu is a misnomer and didn't actually start in Spain. It started in the United States, at Fort Riley Army Base in Kansas. So how can the United States be punished for what it did since it never was punished? I mean, Spanish Flu infected a third of the world's population and killed 10% of the world's population, so if we're going to start punishing countries for lethal pandemics that started there, Spanish Flu is definitely where we should start, putting the United States up first to the whipping post, especially since it was the United States that started the global disinformation and propaganda campaign that it had started in Spain. I mean, if murder, even accidental murder, has no statute of limitations, and since that's what you're accusing China of, murder, accidental or otherwise, then certainly there's no statute of limitations on America murdering, accidentally or otherwise, 10% of the world. 

Stupid. China is too powerful to be punished. The WHO is only a medical organisation.
