    No, that isn't justified. Aside from annoying others it can damage your hearing and that of people in the car with you.

    Not really.  It's an attention getting move by someone who wants to force their musical opinion on others.  It's childish to me.

    As long as it's not rap and it improves the taste of the general population: so this counts for maybe .1% of all occurrences.
