Because you aren't including enough keywords to get it placed in Dining Out>Fast Food. The system deals with questions from around the world, so is probably not programmed to know what Taco Bell is. It's easy enough to relocate any question you ask that goes into the wrong category. You can also preface your question with "Dining out: <question>" or "Fast Food: <question>".

    .

Moving your question can be done by clicking Edit (pencil icon for mobile)>Edit category just beneath your question, then selecting the category that's appropriate for the topic.

Yahoo can sometimes be stupid when it comes to categorizing. Sometimes you just have to do it yourself.

It's Due to the Words that you have used in your Question the Computer thinks it goes to that Category

You can Fix any Questions that go to Incorrect Category's by going to your Question click Edit then Click Edit Category and Select the right one for It

If you know this is happening then why are you too lazy to check and make sure that they post in the right section?

The computer programs use keywords in your question and updates to Try to determine which subcategories to post your questions. If you want your Taco Bell question to go I to the Fat Food sub subcategory, put the key words " fast food" in your question or an update to that question. Your question CAN go into multiple subcategories.
