They are high in fat and sodium and are not good for you. Add in the seasoning packet and you only get MORE sodium. You can't expect a deep fried product, from the industrial "Man" to be good for you. Wait what? Deep fried? I am boiling the noodles and I am not adding the seasoning packet. The noodles are deep fried prior to packaging which cooks them partially and infuses the noodles with saturated fat. Noodles alone = bad. Noodles + seasoning = very bad.

Nothing special. They are just noodles. In moderate quantities they are healthy enough.

I myself, and probably a LOT of others, do not use the flavoring packet, due to the amount of sodium in it. I often use the noodles for soup.
