Should I compliment a woman's hair or other feature while at work?

Bit of a strange question, but is it ok to compliment a woman on her hair or other feature like nails or shoes while at work? I work in a shop and need to work on my confidence so wondered if it's k to complement a woman out of nowhere?

    No, you are at work, she can complain about you making comments.

    Hello Michael. I do not see anything bad in a normal compliment about hairstyle, nails or shoes. The main thing is that the compliments should be discreet.

    It is better just to NOT comment upon such things otherwise others might take umbrage and seek some type of revenge.
