Are you asking if you should sue them for breaking your truck? You can, but Judge Judy will laugh you out of court for your audacity in trying to blame it on an innocent potential buyer. If the clutch is broken, man up and either fix it or tell the buyer it's bad.

You have four options:-
1. Push it home or to a repair shop.
2. Get it recovered back home or to a repair shop.
3. Offer the buyer a big discount to cover the cost of the work, the recovery charges, and the sheer inconvenience.
4. Lock up the truck and return later with a load of tools to replace the clutch yourself.
If the clutch breaks on a test-drive then it was already about to fail. The test-driver won’t be to blame even if he or she makes a jerky/juddery start like many people will do if they haven’t driven manual transmissions very often or for a very long time.
