Curly quarantine would make sense but he said he doesn't want to do it virtually I think? I'm not even living in the USA so please don't get to mad if I get stuff wrong.

It makes sense for the Trump campaign. Not doing the second debate won't cost Trump any votes. Doing the second debate can benefit Biden who'll talk to the camera and just campaign.

No he doesn't want to do a virtual debate and I think he wants to postpone it because he's really busy and has some serious business to finish on that day.

He's not up and about yet. He was standing on the "White house lawn" but was actually projecting on a green-screen. You could tell the edges were glinting way they do with a sliver of light and the trees were jumping. Trees don't usually jump in a loop.
