Biden's 'plan' is very similar to Trump's plan, except Biden would crush the economy with widespread lock downs.

They don't think it; they know it, because the numbers are rising much slower in New York than in red states. Americans may love freedom, but they don't love death. Who should we blame for the way that the President has handled it?
