    Panic, hyperventilate and cry to mommy or slow down on the exit ramp to the recommended speed of 30mph.  

    If you aren't exiting, proceed at your current speed.  

    These are not only found limited access highways.

    One misconception is that you have to drive that speed on the ramp or exit. Keep in mind that any yellow sign of this type is the recommended speed, not the mandatory speed. If you take a 30 mph ramp at 40, you CANNOT get a ticket.

    If you're going to exit, slow to 30 mph when you enter the off ramp.
