Lots of people have been there recently. The Country isn't in lockdown and people from most countries can go there
From 1 July, The Dutch government has adopted the EU's recommendation to lift its travel ban for residents of a number of countries deemed safe. The list will be updated every two weeks, and available on the Re-open EU website. All travelers must fill in a health screening form prior to departure, and will be subject to a health check.

There were several. One was the psychological impact on the cognitively disabled man who was kept hidden away since he was a child. He was unable to adapt to life after his parents had died so he remained a sadly withdrawn recluse. His only friend was a young girl who showed him a kindness, who he later protected when she was attacked.
Another was racial discrimination when a Black man was accused of raping a White woman. The psychological impact was the suffering of the accused man that was in danger of being lynched by a mob, as well as his Lawyer who put his life in danger by holding back the mob.
