What is the difference between genetic screening and genetic testing?

I want to know the meaning of genetic screening but lots of websites interchange the words screening and testing even though I'm sure they're different.

I consider "screening" to be the testing of, for example, all newborns for specific genetic diseases. Each state in the US has a list of genetic conditions for which all newborns are tested.

I consider genetic testing to be something done on an individual level.

"Screening" is testing that's done to look for a particular thing.
