Shouldn't government policy regarding Covid-19 really be based on "risk factor", that is to say that Uni students and people in a certain..?

age group should go to bars etc and keep the economy going so long as they are not going home to a high risk category. Those in a higher risk category should continue to shop for groceries when needed but continue to shield themselves. The balance to be had should be based on risk?

To a large extent, yes. People need to be allowed to take responsibility for their own actions. You can smoke yourself to death, you can engage in dangerous sports, you can join the army and get shot at but you can't go to the pub? Ridiculous.

People are up in arms just following the simple guidelines now, i.e. wear a mask,... stay home,... everybody. Do you think all of these additional guidelines is going to help anybody?

Yes.  At this point the lock down is doing more harm than the disease.

"Science is too complicated" for Democrats.

Better to shut-down everything, except the machine that pays them.

You notice, that the Government Leaders are getting paid in Full, during their emergency.

We are capitalists we are too selfish to cope with a virus risk and we are proving it , we have an appalling government an appalling media we are so biased to ourselves we have left Europe at the worst time possible , we have burned all the bridges we are up the creek without a paddle and the rapids are on the horison ,

Yes. But that relies too much on people taking responsibility for their actions, when really they want Nanny to tell them it is OK.
