Underage possession or drinking? Traffic infractions? Furnishing to minors? Public intoxication? Most misdemeanors?

Not in the slightest. Some things, like traffic infractions and public intox, are very obvious and quick to deal with. Most cops will only bother with underage drinkers if they're in public or in a car.
