Is Yahoo Answers still popular?

Apparently popular enough to have not been shut down. One need only look at the Main YA page to see how quickly new questions are posted around the site, to get an idea of the activity here.

Remember YA is for information-seeking questions, that have answers others may find useful. Chat questions don't fit into that description so are considered violations.

Most definitely. It is the best Q&A forum on the Internet. If you take the trouble to look at similar websites you will see many are under-used - see the dates when postings to them have been made !

As I am unable to post questions because they are immediately "ghosted" (No ! - Placing any URL for the question within an Update does not help, neither does moving the question between categories help either), perhaps people would like to consider why apparently only my answers may sometimes get all their paragraph-breaks removed. No its lost its Popularity Unfortunately Due to all the Changes that Yahoo has made to the Site 

It's not nearly as popular as it was years ago........but the multi-account trolls  do their best to pretend there's 10x the number of people here. 

On other days but not on Sunday. Less ppl on Sunday.

Because of childish people like you that constantly whine about this site yet never leave.

Of course. It discourages some users but not all.
