Does this sum up exactly why Trump is losing?
On Tuesday, President Donald Trump taped a town hall with Sinclair Broadcasting Group's Eric Bolling. In it, Bolling asked the President a simple question -- and the answer Trump gave is hugely revealing.
Bolling: "With Covid, is there anything that you think you could have done differently, if you had a mulligan or a do-over on one aspect of the way you handled it, what would it be?"
The President of the United States, faced with a still-raging virus that has sickened 8.2 million Americans and killed 221,000, says that there is "not much" that he would have done differently if he could do things all over.

Yes, one reason among a hundred.
What could he have done differently? Without much personal exertion he could have set up a real task force to organize: PPE acquisition for the whole country (not just states that voted for him)
Invoked the Defense Production act
Listened to Fauci & other experts, endorsed masks
The list goes on & on.
He claimed to be a War Time President. Can you imagine FDR announcing "We will be invading somewhere on the West coast of France, but all you governors will have yo provide your own troops, guns & ammo, tanks, planes, bombs, etc"?
He could have been a hero & maybe even be reelected instead of a 1-term guy staring down the barrel of multiple criminal indictments...

@Edweena, the first thing he could've done was to be honest with the American people and not play games with our lives.
