Does this sound like a neurological condition? MS? Fibromyalgia? ?

For the past couple months I've been having brain fog, bad neck pain, back pain, fatigue if I don't take my adderall, bladder issues. I had eye pain that I thought was optic neuritis, eye doctor said no inflammation. Had an MRI done of my brain with NO CONTRAST, came back ok. Had blood work done, all my inflammatory levels were normal. I saw a rhematolgist who crossed out RA, lupus, etc. Now im going to neurology in a few months. My cousin's mom has MS but other than that I don't know anyone else in my family who has it. Does this sound like MS? What about Fibromyalgia? I know no one on here is a doctor but I just want some opinions on what it could be.

There are dozens of possible causes for those symptoms.  Except for the eye pain and bladder stuff  all the other symptoms could be caused by ordinary things like poor sleep habits, inadequate exercise, poor posture, poor diet, and depression.  You do not have symptoms of MS or Fibromyalgia.

Try doing stretching exercises, going for a walk each day, getting 8 hours of sleep, and avoid junk food and excess caffeine and see what happens.  I suspect that at least some of your symptoms will improve.
