Found 20p with minting error while metal detecting, anyone know if it could have any value?

No, because that’s not a minting error.
It’s a worthless piece of metal which someone modified for some reason and it was once a seven sided 20p coin just like the one I found in my pocket just now.
The one you found has been reduced to the size of a 5p coin although unlike a 20p coin the 5p has a milled edge.
