Are bacteria animals?

    No.

    Also note:  Bacteria are not Archaea, and Archaea is not a kingdom, so you should ignore most of the previous answer.

    No. In biology, any and all animals all belong to the kingdom animalia. Bacteria belong to the kingdom archaea.
