can losing weight reduce stretch marks?

i’ve gained a lots of weight over the past two years and i have so many stretch marks now. when i lose all of the weight will they stay or be gone?

    Sadly, no.  Stretch marks are actually scare tissue from where your skin has to grow too rapidly.  They do fade over the years, but then don't go away.  Of course, when you have less fat, the marks themselves will be less obvious too.

    They are actually scars they won’t disappear
