How do I pass out candy on Halloween and do a good job ?

If you want to be all professional about it,  you get the little bags, and fill them up, and hand each kid one little bag full of various  candy. 

some people go with the bowl method, and just grab a handful,  and toss it into their bags. 

the cheapskates, hand out one piece of candy at a time,  like  it's gonna break them, to give you two pieces. 

I make treat bags for the kids with some candy, some school supplies, and a dollar bill.  Make a fuss over their costumes, the little ones love it when you notice their costume.  Keep some dog treats handy because I've also had kids bring their dogs trick-or-treating with them and I like to have something to give the dogs too.

Judging by your questions, you can't handle this job.  It's above your pay grade.

Just have candy and pass it out. Unless you want to make a game out of it and throw the candy in the air so they can catch it and fight over it. 

Just forget about it and eat all the candy yourself.

depends on how much you have and how long you want it to last. You hand it out accordingly.
