How late would you say there are stragglers on Halloween ?

If they're outside your door right now, I'd say that's too late.

10PM is usually my cut-off.

I seen them out as late as ohhh maybe 11 before. I have seen kids out later I guess but I won’t give them candy. Trick or treating is usually between 5-9 but sometimes I understand stragglers. I usually have a setup outside and go inside but have the light on and candy ready until about 11
