windows 10 stuck on desktop?

Upon login windows 10 is stuck on desktop, I can move the mouse and click on the apps for about 10 seconds, then functions become obsolete, with the computer being stuck on desktop and mouse clicks doing nothing,even the keyboard does nothing.

Any ideas to fix this problem?

    sounds like a hard drive issue. you should run checkdisk with recovery on your c: drive.

    or take it to a repair shop.

    Reboot the computer and do a system restore. Bring it back to when all was good
