So what are the odds of Trump running for a non-consecutive term if Biden wins?

His supporters won't accept he lost anyway.

    As quickly as his cognitive functions and physical condition are declining, I doubt he's going to be capable of doing much in 4 years.

    I've thought about that.  He'll be pretty old but in 4 years, people will be begging him to run.
