Will Donald Trump be judged at the International Court of Justice in The Hague for letting die so many people from Covid?

The Hague wouldn't have jurisdiction over your accusation, even if they had jurisdiction over actions by the President. They wouldn't have jurisdiction over ANY actions by the President in his role as President, even if the US was a signatory to the treaty creating the court, which it is not.

In short: The International Court of Justice lacks jurisdiction by ALL standards.

Even if he WAS at fault, and he isn't, that isn't what the International Court of Justice is for. IF he was actually committing a crime then it would be up to the US to charge him for it, as this would be a crime that is LIMITED to the US(he would be committing a crime IN the US and AGAINST the US). Also the US isn't signed on to the International Court of Justice anyway because it would be Unconstitutional(no Court is to be a higher authority then the US Supreme Court). Basically you have no understanding of what you are talking about.

Trump didn't "let" anyone die. Good point, bad information, even worse interpretation of the problem.
