Is it true, What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger?  I believe these last few Presidential administrations are going to test our country?

Update:

Always great to see a voice I can remember. I actually never gave a BA I didn’t think earned it. That’s why I waited.

I’m just so sick and tired of all this doom ,gloom and I’m a victim mentality. Every set back in life made me take a step back and play chess with life decisions. Your next move is not always the final move. Plan, execute and adjust to the things you can’t control.

The comment neutering of YA, this has made this so much less entertaining to me, but looking forward to exchanges

Do you know The FG miraculously it turns out that trauma can actually help us be stronger although, not everyone. Indeed, psychologists have long been interested in why some individuals appear to overcome traumatic events and thrive, while others appear unable to recover, and continue sadly to suffer from post traumatic stress disorder or, other mental-health problems.

    PS.

And thanks for the BA's The FG. :-)

No it's absolutely not true. It's an idiotic saying and I wish people would stop repeating it. Non-fatal traumas can irreversibly weaken you in every imaginable way.
