I manage stress well compared to my peers.?
I've realised i don't get stressed very easily unless its like major and huge.
We have important exams coming up and I'm not that stressed while my other peers are freaking out.
I really take self care seriously. Like no matter how many assignments i recieve from my teachers i always got to find time to relax and then continue on with what i was doing and it's effective!
I tried to tell my friends to take break and take care of yourself but they refuse and let all the stress pile up. How can i convince them to start atleast taking better care of themselves? I'm concerned for them.

Stress ages you and has negative effects on one's health. I commend you. I have taught many how to care for self and ways to decrease stress for over 40 years.
