Your answer can be found on YouTube. Several people have done it with exotic cars. McLarens, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and even a Bugatti Veyron!

For free publicity purposes alone, Uber would *love* you to do that even if it breached their usual rules about car suitability.
But even if you were telling the truth, *nobody* would offer you the legally required “hire and reward” (US = chauffeur insurance?) necessary to do that. Not unless you paid them an annual premium far in excess of the vehicle value.
