What bug is this?

I live in Phoenix Arizona its indoors

I hope it's nothing to worry about I really don't like bugs 😭

    Without any size cues, that looks like a varied carpet beetle larva.

    You're safe.

    Those guys will eat almost any food residue they can find.  If you're spilling crumbs on the floor, it's time to vacuum those up.

    If you have a butterfly collection or other pinned insect collection, you might want to check up on that, because these carpet beetle larvae will also chew through those.
