Wake up in the middle of the night with a nose bleed?

So I’m going to make this short but whenever I sleep I itch my nose a lot which makes me have a nose bleed and I was wondering on how I would stop myself from itching my nose while asleep? Because it’s happening quite frequently now

    You have a dry vein in your nose and scratching it will make it bleed. At bedtime put a small dab of Vaseline up your nose, this will keep it moist and stop it itching.
