What cars have the same engine as a 1996 mazda mpv?
I am looking for interchangeable parts from the engine like the crankshaft sensor...brand new i cannot afford one...so far I've only seen the mazda 929 which seems even harder to find...are there any others that match? Or any ideas on another way to get a used cheap crankshaft sensor or get it to work? I need my car running bad I am having issues getting to work and cannot afford another car!

Believe it or not, you can easily figure that out with WIKIPEDIA. Go there now.

You'll waste your money trying to buy used sensors. For all you know the sensor may not even be your problem and after buying a used sensor how you going to decide if the sensor is good or not if you still have the problem? Did you check the timing belt marks yet? One tooth off will set that crank sensor code.
