I want to mirror my MacBook Air to my Panasonic TV, I downloaded a few different apps but they all seem to lag a lot. Is there a better way to mirror my MacBook Air to my Panasonic TV?

Use an HDMI cable. Every solution that involves Wi-Fi is going to have a little lag caused by having the screen converted to a stream and sent over the network.
(I did get a little better performance when I used my Apple TV box as a second screen instead of a mirror. But not $150 better.)
