sending a gift to UK and need help with the address?

I need help sending a gift to UK but im not really familiar.

the address that confuses me is  Saltford, Bristol BS31 3DT

so i filled it like City:Saltford, Zip:BS31 3DT, United kindom, State:Bristol

is this correct?

    Street number and street name

    Saltford,

    Bristol

    BS31 3DT

    UK

    Saltford is a large village, lies between the cities of Bristol and Bath, the postcode (BS31 3DT) give the post office the nearest city (BS) the village/parish ( 31) and the street including a number of houses on that street ( 3DT)...so reality is the number of the house and postcode and nothing else will get the mail to the right house

    There are NO States in the UK.

    it should read like ..21 smith street .saltford ..bristol..BS31 3DT..united kingdom ...bristol is not a state ..and you do need a house number and street name
