My Trump-supporting neighbors are having family over for Thanksgiving. Should I call the police?

So instead of enjoying Thanksgiving however meager it may be you are spying on your neighbors?  How do you know they are not part of their immediate circle, unless they are over the number allowed then call the Covid police if you feel you have to, but I don't see how this would endanger you or your family unless you attend their celebration yourself.  It sounds more like you are angry because they are Trump supporters, the election is over try loving your neighbor instead.
