2002 Hyundai Elantra GLS has a vibration while in drive, but noticable while stopped.?

I have a 2002 Hyundai Elantra GLS. The car has a vibration, though not bad, but definitely noticable. The car does not shake at all and only really vibrates when I put it in drive while not moving such as a red light. It still barely vibrates while driving but only really you don't really notice it as much. I read on some Hyundai forums that is normal on some Hyundai's and some noticed it was cause it was idling low while stopped at lights, stop signs etc... Car drives and shifts gears just fine. I don't think it's the mounts either. My car when in drive at a standstill is between 5-600 rpm

It doesn't shake

Update:

Also, the entire car doesn't vibrate, Its only noticable in steering wheel and pedals
