If Satan was evil, then why hasn't he killed anyone?

12. And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

18. While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:

SATAN has killed millions from BABYLON and through out history including world war one and two and HIS last attempt will be world war three that will be the most horrific battle of them all because of lies and deceit that mankind will follow. 

You are misinformed. He already made sure adam and eve died by misleading them. And think of all the child offers that are made to honor him. If you think he is not responsible for any death you are soo mislead.

Yes the God of the bible has punished people by killing them. However He has still not killed you which you also deserve for not obeying his law. 

(Have you lied, stolen, taken His name unvain, looked at the opposite sex with lust. Ouch you are guilty just like me). He gives us the time to accept Jesus, He paid our penalty, so we do not have to die. But that is a gift that you should accept.

Satan is the knowledge of evil. He represents sin. Satan want you to be with him in the darkness. God gave Satan power over evil and he is able to corrupt man into believing him and to follow his way and not God's way. 

It's like how we have no choice but to obey the laws of science like gravity and the forces around us. But what if you have been giving the power into controlling science. Would you? 

The devil was tempted and weak he could not resist. 

God is God. He has the right to remove us all. He is good and if he see fit to destroy all evil we all would be gone.

How do you know he hasn't? Do you talk to dead ppl and ask who killed them?
