Who else says "Merry Xmas" instead of "Merry Christmas"?

I use Merry Xmas or Happy Holidays but if someone wishes me Merry Christmas I'm not bothered by it.

I say Happy Christmas. Merry is an archaic word that is only used once a year. It means happy, but nobody says 'I am feeling merry today,' or 'I was merrier yesterday.'

    Have a merry day.

Xmas is NOTHING to do with Jesus.  He was an ARIES, born in APRIL.  I always say "Joyous Yule"

The X in Xmas is pronounced 'Criss' - so both expressions are pronounced exactly the same. Only uneducated and ignorant people would try to pronounce is 'EX-mass'.

I write 'Xmas' as it's quicker.

  • Saying things like "Merry Xmas" and "Happy Holidays" encourages a secular view. It's sinful.
