Microsoft agent reset my PC - Emergency help?
I got help from a Microsoft representative online by email. My audio was not working and so she reset my computer (we were sharing the screen). Now I lost so many files. I do not have my WORD documents anymore. What do I do? How can I get them back?
The whole word file I don't have anymore!
I lost WORD, RECOVERIT, ONE DRIVE with all my saved files...
And when I first opened my computer my sound worked than stopped after one minute?
YES I WAS SCAMMED.
NO THE REP DID NOT HAVE ME BACK UP. I KNOW NOW IT IS INCREDIBLE AFTER LEARNING ABOUT THIS!

You were scammed.
Get Shadow Explorer and see if you have any Volume Shadow Copies that still have your files. If not, then you're out of luck if you didn't have them already backed up somewhere else.

the Microsoft rep didn't have you back up before restoring your computer? if she performed a full restore and the files where not backed up, there is nothing you can do, they where erased during the restore process
